Oded Fehr

Biographie

Oded Fehr is an Israeli-born American film, television, and stage actor who has built a prolific career playing commanding, sophisticated characters across blockbuster franchises and prestige television. He first achieved global fame in 1999 as the heroic desert warrior Ardeth Bay in the blockbuster hit The Mummy and its sequel The Mummy Returns, later cementing his action credentials as Carlos Oliveira in three installments of the Resident Evil film franchise. His extensive television resume includes memorable turns as Mossad Director Eli David in NCIS, Admiral Vance in Star Trek: Discovery, and key figures in hits like Covert Affairs and The Blacklist. In recent years, Fehr has continued to maintain a high-profile presence across major television series, voice acting, and stage work. He notably starred as the criminal mastermind and patriarch Viktor in the Paramount+ crime drama series Mayor of Kingstown (appearing across multiple seasons into the mid-2020s), and lent his distinctive voice to high-profile animated projects and video games. Additionally, he continues to balance screen work with classical stage performances, keeping up a busy schedule of international film and television productions.
